The changing demands of the workforce of the future
22% of people who responded to a survey conducted by the Swedish Institute of Public Opinion Research (1008 people aged 16 to 24) said that they would consider an employer that they would otherwise not have considered if the company’s operations had a positive impact on the climate.
- More than half (54%) of the female survey respondents considered carbon offsetting to be very important as an employee benefit – three times more important than a company car or private healthcare.
