Prices

All prices are given without Swedish VAT (25%) added, and in SEK. We reserve the right to change prices and we also reserve the right to cancel a sale that was made on the basis of information that was clearly given in error, e.g. a price, other information, or, in the case of physical products related to planting, a clearance sale.

Payment

We at Plantmore are always striving to provide an easy, flexible, and secure shopping experience. Therefore, we work with Billmate to provide you with several fast, secure, and easy ways to pay.

Complaints

Plantmore adheres to current Swedish legislation regarding complaints in cases in which a physical product is part of the purchase.
If a product is damaged or in any other way defective, a complaint should be made.
Plantmore will replace any damaged or defective product with a new one, or refund you. It should be noted, however, that the act of mounting a product constitutes confirmation that it is satisfactory; as such, any complaint made after a product has been mounted will normally not be accepted.

Minors

Although our business is primarily marketed towards companies, private individuals are welcome to use our online shop.

Persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to purchase products or services from our shop without authorisation from a parent or guardian.
